This innovative educational organization provides continuing education for professionals and training programs for those interested in working with people in grief and crisis.

Grief is triggered by many different circumstances including the death of a loved one, divorce, disease, depression, social, financial, emotional and spiritual loss as well as natural disasters and terrorism. Loss has an impact on the individual and the family spotlighting the importance of understanding family dynamics.

 

Our goal is to foster awareness to the immediate and continuing needs of individuals coping with loss and traumatic stress. The mission is to provide people the means to tackle and manage the worst kind of adversity.
